Review: I received an unauthorized charges on my credit card in the amount of $9.95 from https://[redacted] that is owned by ADX Direct "[redacted] is owned and operated by ADXDirect".
I called to dispute the claim because I have never signed up for this website or heard of them. The representative at the company offered me a 50% refund. This was unacceptable to me considering I never authorized the full charge in the first place. They refused to give it to me and I asked to speak to a manager. While waiting for a manager on hold they hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another representative and they stated that I was already issued a 50% refund as I requested. I told this person that I did NOT accept the 50% refund and that I had expressed my desire for a full refund on the previous call and was waiting to speak to a manager. After arguing with the second person long enough I ended the call without getting my money back and getting no where. Not a single person was willing to work with me or issue me my full refund. Right on their website ([redacted]) it states that they offer a 60 day money back guarantee and will offer a full refund if not satisfied. Since I NEVER signed up for their website I am clearly not satisfied and expect my money to be refunded. Also, in their "Terms and Conditions" they state they offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
"REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we will refund 100% of your purchase price for 30 days, guaranteed!"
I've done research on this website and it appears that I am not the only one with this issue as there are several complaints all over the web.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund for these unauthorized charges and to stop billing my account.

Review: I received a $9.98 charge on my debit card from a company called [redacted] I never authorized this charge and do not know anything about the company. When I went to the website is is nothing that I ever signed up for. When I tried to call the company I was told they are just a contact center and kept giving me bogus information and would not reverse the charge.Desired Settlement: I want the charge reversed and want to know whh this company is as I never ordered anything from them.

Review: I have two charges deducted from my checking account by [redacted] also known as ADXDirect. I did some research and contacted the company to inform them I had not authorized any charges from my account neither have I even heard of their company. The customer service rep Jay tried to negotiate a refund starting out with a 50% refund, at which time I declined and requested a full amount. She pretended to place me on hold to ask someone a question and she came back with a 60% refund amount and that was the best you could do under the customer 100% satisfaction guarantee. I once again informed her I was not a customer and I have never heard of her company but if in fact the company does have a 60day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee per their website than it should be a 100% refund. Also, that it was illegal to advertise 100% but only give customers 60%.
I asked to speak with the Manager after placing me on hold for a few secs she apologized but the Manager could not speak with me, not like I was surprise by her response. At which time I informed her that I would be contacting the Revdex.com to place a complaint.Desired Settlement: To stop deductions from my account that I have not authorized and to refund the money to my account in its entirety.
Review: I noticed that $9.95 was charged to my account with Chase Bank. Apparently, someone used my bank card information and my gmail address to open an account with [redacted] (whatever they are.) When I called about the mistake, instead of giving me a refund, NetEducationBlog tried to talk me into keeping "my" membership. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor, I was told that I wouldn't have to. Then I was told that they could give me back a 50% refund. I know $4.45 doesn't seem like much to most. But this is my money. I wanted it back in full. When I made that clear, I was put on hold. After several minutes, they hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want this fixed. I wasn't sure where to turn. I want my $9.95 back. I want Net Education Blog to be investigated. I hope my identity hasn't been stolen. I've already changed my gmail password. I'm going to block my credit card and request a new one.
