Our contract was completed as noted and full payment was received which constitutes full acceptance of work completed I verified this with the Condo Association Due to the contract being completed and verified we will not be taking any further action

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I was asked to take on this issue by the Condo Association as the effected property is my property and the person who ordered this work is no longer with the Condo AssociationI was given the information by a current board member and given their okay to attempt to bring this matter to an amicable resolution. The only service agreement the condo association was provided was the attached documentThe vague service agreement attached does not indicate what actions or what actions would not take place within the work agreementIf the railings were not to be taken off as the business proclaims, then due diligence and proper care and caution to deter damage to those railings should have been takenAs the pictures shows, tape was used in some areas but not allSo should have the railings been taken off yes or no? We will never know however if we give this and say no the railings were not to be removed again due diligence and proper care and caution to deter damage to those railings should have been taken but was not. The pictures attached will show that carelessness was used in applying the materials to the steps which led to the railings becoming damagedPlease see the attached picturesOne would think for proper application of the materials that the railings would have to or need to be removed regardless of what any service agreement would say or not say. At the end of the day, the railings were damaged by the contractors negligence. When viewing pictures of the steps themselves (attached) the attached service agreement calls for resurfacing to be doneIt does not indicate that the application of the materials used in the resurfacing to be done with no regard(please see pictures that shows materials used to resurface where not evenly distributed from side to side.)At the end of the day, the business can say we did everything we were suppose to based on conversations with the condo association, but even if that's the case the service agreement that is attached does not disclose the terms and conditions in which the work would or should be done, which then leaves this issue open to interpretation of was the work done professionally and accurately? I would state no, based on a sampling of people who have seen my steps and who have seen pictures, they think it looks horrible Now lets even throw out what should or shouldn't have been done (removing of railings etc...) and lets just go based on the "Resurfacing" of the steps. One would think that the steps themselves would be resurfaced completely, not just portions of the stepsI have attached numerous photos that I hope show that the job performed by Expert Concrete Care LL was done in a unprofessional matter and that the work was rushed and not done in full with care or caution leading to damages to my railings and unfinished surface step area.I have more pictures per your request

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regardless of what the business owner likes to think his service contract agrees or states, this is a matter of his paying customer Commonwealth Condo Association (in which I am a condo owner of where the work was performed) am unhappy with the work this contractor performedThis business does not care how their customer feels and is not willing to do one thing to rectify the situationThey have no respect for their customer and it shows in the work that was performed(see pictures above) I ask the Revdex.com to simply look at the pictures which shows this businesses carelessness and neglectThis business and their negligent actions has led to property damage to my property (I.ERailings) and incomplete work (steps not being completely finished)I simply ask for anyone to view the attached pictures and get their opinion of they are acceptableAfter showing these pictures to a handful of people, the only person that seems to think this is professional and quality work is the business ownerI'm sure if the business owner had work done like this on his home he would not have be a happy or satisfied customerHe would feel like he was taken advantage of.If the business does not wish to right what they made wrong I would hope the Revdex.com holds them to whatever ramifications their inaction on this matter holds. Initially when I made this complaint I asked for the work to be completed and my railings to be cleaned or for the $that was spent for this work however do to this business attitude I no longer wish for them to work on my steps but to provide the financial means/compensation for another quality contractor to right their wrongs by resurfacing my steps in a fashion in which they should have been to begin with and to pay for the cleaning of my railings which were damaged by their actions. It does not appear the business is willing to do anything from here on out so at this time I ask for the Revdex.com to take whatever actions they feel is appropriateAnother consumer that will be taken advantage of by a greedy contractor who only cares about the money and not the work.

After viewing the work completed by ECC in Sept. of 2014 I was able to confirm the discoloration present on the steps was due to efflorescence, a natural process which occurs to all concrete.  This causes whitening in some areas and not in others.  It does go away over time and this was...

explained to [redacted].  The next claim made "material was splashed on the railings and railings were not removed" is simply inaccurate.  The railings were left in at the Common Wealth Condo Associations orders.  This was done to allow the board to complete more porches for the money.  [redacted]'s resolution to come back and re do the job with the railings removed is beyond the original contract.  All railings were protected the same on the 8 porches done for this condo association with no residents having a complaint.  After exchanging emails with [redacted], I realized he wanted new work completed that was above and beyond original contracted services.  At this point I ended all correspondence for the following reasons:1.  [redacted] is not a customer because we have never been contracted with this individual.2.  The work was completed as noted on the contract and paid in full after completion.  This signifies complete satisfaction and completion of the services provided on that contract. 3.  The desired resolution by [redacted] is more then the original services agreed upon via the contract.   4.  I sought additional confirmation from the Condo Association to assure us that our contract was completed and they were fully satisfied of the work.  The president of the board was able to confirm this.  This is simply a case of an individual who was not contracted with Expert Concrete Care attempting to receive additional services without having to pay any additional monetary fees. Sincerely,[redacted]

Our contract was completed as noted and full payment was received which constitutes full acceptance of work completed.  I verified this with the Condo Association.  Due to the contract being completed and verified we will not be taking any further action.
