We are sorry that we didn't get your cancel processed, we have refunded you in full.

We are so very sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted]  is unhappy with the final outcome of this dispute.  All of the charges that he submitted as fraud to his credit card company were refunded and we also refunded him for the month of October which was  not included in his chargeback dispute.  Adzzup has been in business since 2008 and takes great pride in the work we do for our clients.  We do understand that our marketing may not be the right for everyone which is why our service is month to month allowing those customers to leave who are not happy.   Mr. [redacted] was able to quit our service at anytime without penalty for any reason yet he chose to work with us for 5 months before he decided to cancel.  Although we invested thousands of dollars in labor and purchases on his behalf,  he was refunded all of the charges that he submitted for chargeback as well as one month that was not included in his chargeback.   We have removed all of the Internet marketing we did for him over those 5 months with his requested cancellation and we have closed his account.  We hope Mr. [redacted] is able to find the right marketing company for his business.  
To Mr. [redacted] I can only say I am sorry that we were unable to satisfy your expectations of our service.  I hope you are able to hire a company that meets your expectations and that your business is able to benefit in ways you did not feel we were able to deliver.  I am sorry our parting was unsatisfactory to you and I hope we can do better in the future.  Please accept our apology for any time you lost in dealing with this situation and we thank you for the opportunity to work with you.

After receiving this complaint through the Revdex.com, we performed a thorough investigation and review of Mr. [redacted]’s account.  On March 6th 2014 we engaged into a business relationship with Mr. [redacted] with the purpose of marketing his business online. In our initial conversation, Mr. [redacted]...

asked if we could market his existing website instead of using one of our websites for his business. He was informed that we could market his existing website, but that we could not guarantee any of the same results since his existing site was not setup with the same SEO features as one of our sites. Mr. [redacted] understood and chose to market his existing website with us. We also explained to Mr. [redacted] that we did not have access to his local [redacted] listing and that it was with another marketing company. We informed him that without access to the local listing it would affect our ability to effectively market his website. Mr. [redacted] understood and decided not to provide us to manage the listing.
On August 1st, 2014, Mr. [redacted] called in to cancel services with us stating he had not received any results from our marketing. After reviewing his account with one of our customer service representatives, Mr. [redacted] agreed to continue with our service and let us build out our 90 day comprehensive package using our website tailored to his business. The package included a new website, professionally written content, back-linking and a call tracking number to help him track our marketing efforts.  After only 60 days we received his cancellation request.   
Mr. [redacted] was told Othat our marketing platform takes 90 days to fully mature but he refused to give us any more time and so his account was cancelled. 
  
Adzzup stands behind all of its services 100% and we regret Mr. [redacted]’s decision to cancel our services prematurely. We provide all of our services without contracts and so Mr. [redacted] was able to cancel his service at any time without any questions or penalties.  All of the services that were agreed upon with Mr. [redacted] were completed and no guarantees were given as to what sort of results he would receive.  As a courtesy to Mr. [redacted], we have refunded his last payment for services rendered.  This payment was refunded back to his card on October 6th, 2014.

There were not 17 calls to my husband.  As a matter of fact ... my husband had been trying to reach them.  When we discovered the charges we called immediately and made a complaint.  If you look on any of the review sites you will see that we are not the only ones who have been mislead by Adzzup.  Sadly, the loss to many of the others is about half of what we loss.  My husband was told that he would NOT be charged for anything until we saw a working site.  We feel we deserve our money back as the company did not provide what they said they would and they have acted in a manner unfitting of a legitimate company.  Out of 46 reviews they have a 3.2.  The good reviews read like spam.  I did tell them that I would post our experience everywhere and I will continue to do so.  This company needs to be shut down.  Oddly enough we got a call from their office ... for another client ... seems they experienced the same thing we have and they're having trouble too.

After a thorough investigation of Mrs. [redacted]s claims, we found the complaint to be unwarranted. On April...

25th, 2016, the account was set-up with her husband/business partner ([redacted]) and per recorded conversation, he agreed to the monthly and set-up fee. His marketing platform was completed on May 16th, 2016. He spoke with a customer representative on three separate occasions, and 17 voice messages were left during the time of their active monthly service, and our representatives were never informed of any issues or wishes to cancel. All conversations were jovial and there was never a mention of a problem with pricing, monthly service, or the platform that we built.
Due to several conversations with Mrs. [redacted] on July 6th, 2016 in which she stated that she didn't know she was being charged, we believe that this complaint is due to a lack of communication between business partners, rather than a problem with services provided. We received express recorded permission from [redacted], and confirmation that it was his account we were billing.
Our marketing platform is a 90-day comprehensive program and requires the full 90 days to see complete results. Unfortunately, Mrs. [redacted] did not allow us to reach the full 3 month period, and thus did not see her full potential with us at only 76 days in. We regret her decision to cancel services as we believed that we could have a fruitful partnership. However, Adzzup is proud to offer service without contracts, and Mrs. [redacted] was able to cancel her service on July 6th, 2016 without question or penalty without incurring any new charges.

We appreciate your concerns but the claims are not supported by recorded phone calls and documents.

The old phone number you mention is listed on [redacted] *,which is a platform that did not exist when you had services with us. It is a market expansion number that records...

Once your free trial expired in 2011, this number was disabled. [redacted] * began collecting phone numbers in 2012. We cannot speak for [redacted], but the old phone number was likely the last bit of marketing information for your company.

After an extensive review of the last correspondence, we have provided additional details on our communication:   Mr. [redacted] agreed to the monthly charges on a recorded line on 4-26-16 and was contacted: 4-26-16 - Scheduled appointment with [redacted] to set up account. 4-27-16 - Left message to finish setup. 4-29-16 - Scheduled appointment with [redacted] to finish setup. 5-2-16 - Left message to finish setup. 5-4-16 - Left message to finish setup. 5-5-16 - Spoke with [redacted], went over setup process, finished gathering information, and discussed 90 day maturation period. 5-9-16 - Left message to follow up. 5-17-16 - Spoke with [redacted], he had not received a Bing postcard in his mail box. 5-24-16 - No answer, calling for Bing postcard. 5-27-16 - Left message, calling for Bing postcard. 6-2-16 - Left message, calling for Bing postcard. 6-6-16- Left message, calling for Bing postcard. 6-7-16 - Spoke with [redacted], he received Google postcard number but needed to call us back with it. 6-10-16 -  Left message, calling for Bing postcard. 6-13-16 - Left message, calling for Bing postcard. 6-16-16 - No answer, calling for Bing and Google postcard. 6-28-16 - Left message, asked [redacted] to call us back regarding the postcards.   Our customer service representatives only received one incoming phone call (per logged phone records) from Megan or [redacted], and that was on the day of the cancellation of service (6-6-16) with Mrs. [redacted]. As previously mentioned, we spoke with [redacted] five times in those two months via outbound calls from our office, and we never received any communication that he was unhappy or upset about billing or maturation procedures. We only received negative feedback from Mrs. [redacted] upon the time of cancellation.   We sent the working website URL via email on 5-18-16, after the set-up process, and we sent over 15 emails within two months regarding their monthly marketing platform and things we needed from them, but we never received any complaints during that time of the cost/services provided. As per our provided explanation during setup and the initial receipt, we were able to cancel her service immediately, but were not able to refund as we provided the services stated during the sales call and receipt.

I have been a client of Adzzup for almost a year now. I must say that for the amount of money I spend each month I couldn't ask for better results. On average I get between 50-70 calls each month for my glass business and the customer service is awesome. They even have a person that contacts me each month to go over my account to see where we can make it better! For less than $300 a month I feel I am robbing them.

Review: Hired them to market website and they promised all kinds of results and have seen none I contacted them and they said they couldn't market my site so asked for refund they sai they had to build links to there platform and that how well been 4-6 months and no contact or results. I have contact them several times and they just seem to want to say they'll fix but I have no confidence that they even know what they're doing and want my $1000 they have charge since 6/1/14-10/1/14 of $199 a month. I have contacted my bank to dispute but can only cover June, July and August so need them Adzzup to refund for Sept and Oct. Adzzup does not do what they say when selling and have failed at market my website.Desired Settlement: I need refund for 6/1/14-10/1/14 of $199 a month x5 = $995.00

Review: The company Addzzup, took it upon them selves to create a web page for my company, which is fine But they put a wrong phone number in my Company's profile, and its been there for over 2 years. I once again called and asked them to correct this situation., and once again they could or would not fix it right now, So I have to call back after we get done fer the day. Butt she gave me no details on how I may fix it on my own.Desired Settlement: Since I am aware of customers trying to contact Me over a year ago and said the same phone and web site is still not working, We began his service over the weekend he is the neighbor of one of our oldest customers ( I mean she has been with us since we opened back in 2006 ). So since I never spent any money with these folks I don't expect them to write us a check. The reason I never did business with them is I would have to compete against companys like [redacted], [redacted] etc. So make them provide. Me service where they failed to protect what what the put out on the internet for so long.

I have a tailor company that was really struggling till I found Adzzup marketing service. I was very apprehensive to try them especially since my business was struggling financially. It took almost 70 days to really see results and now I have a steady flow of customers to where I can breathe a little easier at night. I would recommend these guys to any small business for marketing.
