refrigerator not working for about 6 month
A&E factory service was here 5 times but they are not able to fix it. They are pretty shady behavior. Stay away. They came under sears home warranty

My washer power stop working I called to file a claim June [redacted] and appointment scheduled for June ** Technician called and said the part didn't come in so had it scheduled the June ** Technician did come that day but didn't do anything because he ordered the wrong part He could of at least open the washer for us to take the clothes out Technician scheduled it for the following week July *Technician called again saying the part still has not come in Unbelievable, I made a request to at least open the washer so we can get the clothes out of the washer They said they don't have anyone available Called customer service and spoke with Michele I told her we need service ASAP We've been without a washer for a long time She said she will file a complaint claim but can't guarantee it It is Friday July [redacted] and no one came to look at the washer I called them again and spoke with John, Elvy and supervisor Grace They were not helpful at all All they said is we don't have any technicians available today I'm very upset, all I asked was for someone to open our washer so I can get the clothes out!!! It'll probably take less than minutes to do These people do not care that we had an appointment set for June [redacted] and it is July *, still not fixed Technician cancelled our appointment a few times, how hard is it to squeeze us in!!!!

I tried to get service under and extended warranty for a dishwasher purchased at [redacted]. They assigned me to A&E Factory Service. When I spoke with the person who set up the appointments, she asked how old the dishwasher was. I told her two years, and her IMMEDIATE response was, "There will be a charge since it's not under warranty, anymore. I assured her that it was and explained about the extended warranty. She told me to call [redacted]. I told that I HAD, and they must have a contract with her company, because they sent me to her. Eventually, she set up a four-hour window for the repair, 8-12. At 11:15, the technician called and said that he was about 25 minutes away. He asked how old the dishwasher was, and as soon as the words "two years" were out of my mouth, he told me that there would be a charge. I told him that no, I'd gone through this already, I had a warranty, an could show him the paperwork. His response was "I don't care what your paperwork says. The computer says you're out of warranty, so if I come there, you have to pay me." I reiterated that I had paid [redacted] for a FIVE year warranty, just over two years ago, and... He cut me off with "That's [redacted]'s problem, not mine. I will charge you if I come." I told him that I was hanging up, calling [redacted], and calling him back, since his number was on my phone. He said "Don't call me back." I called [redacted], who kept me on hold while they called A&E. They came back, said it was an error, and that the technician was coming to my house. It was in their system that I have a warranty and that [redacted] would be billed. I called him back (this was maybe 10 minutes after I'd spoken with him) and he didn't answer. I then called A&E, just to make sure he was still coming. I was assured that he was, but there would be a delay because he'd been left behind at a previous job and didn't have transportation. A clear lie, since he'd just called me and said he was on his way. At noon, he still wasn't here. I called back. This time I was told that he was on another service call, but that I'd be next. At 2:00, I called [redacted]. They put me on hold while they AGAIN called A&E. This time, the [redacted] rep told me he'd just canceled the service call with A&E because they told him that they weren't going to make it today and would need to reschedule. They knew that and told HIM, but had never called me to tell me. So, I lost several hours of paid time off from my job, (I told A&E that I needed to get to work and was burning leave waiting for their technician) and my dishwasher STILL isn't fixed. I would tell anyone who asked me not to engage the services of this company.
