In response to the complaint by *** *** I have attached a copy of the receipt which clearly states that the item is 14k gold metal I do notice that the size and quality are not noted on the receipt, I have address this with my inventory staff That however is an easy
question to answer had it been asked The sales person said that *** came in saw these earrings and decided right away that he wanted them He did not ask questions The size of the earrings is .50ctw and the Quality is SI! G-H color I went online to price compare and found that we are right where we should be for pricing which if you were to compare apples for apples you would find we were actually less expensive One site had a pair for less but the Qaulity is Iwhich means the integrity of the diamond is actually in jeopardy Further meaning they can break easily, very low grade, hence the lower price Another site had some that were just slightly bigger the quality was the same but the color was lower.....the price was higher than ours Each factor in Diamonds changes the price size, quality and Color all make a difference They were sold some very nice diamond studs at a very nice price for the consumer Our prices are always more than fair Next I will address the return policy It is not that unusual for a jewelry store to have a policy for exchanges only, it is actually common place The policy is both on the back of the receipt and on the front as you can clearly see on the attached receipt Thank you,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Just wanted to let you know that I finally received a call from  A&E last week that my watch was ready and I picked it up on Thursday 1-12. They did not charge me for the battery they put in and they did have the new chrystal installed but I noticed after I got it home that the new chrystal has a nick in the top corner of it and the metal wrist strap is bent out of shape. All I can say is I learned a valuable lesson about this company and I will never buy anything from them or recommend anyone else to ever buy anything from them and based on the marks on the new chrystal I can only assume their repair personel are nothing more than a bunch of hacks.I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their help in this matter because without it I am sure I would have never seen my watch again, at least I have it back and its working even though it was roughed up a bit. Thank You, Kathy [redacted]

Here is the credit card slip he signed.  It is clear and right where he signs, if he didn't like the terms he should not have signed. Thanks

To whom it may concern, We took in a watch for a battery replacement.  We accidentally broke the watch crystal.  The customer was called and told this.  We immediately started looking for a place to repair the item.  No watch companies in the area could fix this.  So we...

sent it to Amitron watch repair center.  It is our policy not to give out our vendors names.  Which I believe to be pretty standard.  We have been in communication with this customer at least every three weeks.  She is upset I get it.  We have been calling our vendor every week and the part is back ordered from the company.  I have no idea what to do.  The customer did tell us to return it by Dec 29th, if it isn't repaired.  We will comply with her wishes. This is the new world we live in.  Vendors do not stock parts the way they used to.  They order them as they are needed.  As fare as I know Paige was the last one to talk to her and she knew we had no idea how long it will be.  It is something that is completely out of our hands.  Sorry

I was just going to respond again to this complaint.  I guess the only response is that the policy is written on the credit card slip her husband signed if he did not like that then he should have not signed it.Thanks

Thank your for getting my name correctly this time.  Once again let me state the obvious, yes it is true that the return policy that is on the credit card receipt  states no cash refund which implies that you would not be getting cash back for a refund but would be getting credit back on your credit card!  Your wording is misleading and incorrect if that is the rational you are using.  Your credit card receipt should state no cash or credit card refunds.  Your receipt wording implies that I after purchasing a product from you would not receive cash back for returning product but would however receive credit back on my credit card since the initial purchase was made not with cash.   If your business practices are so ethical and professional then why the need to hide your return policy on the back of receipt and also have no mention by your sales staff, posting in store or on your websites. This is a simply issue of telling your future consumers about your "common" return policy that is  so neatly hidden until post purchase with then no corrections available except store credit.  As far as reaching a resolution your company keeps regurgitating the same information about your "common" return policy and your misleading pragmatics on your store receipts.

Good Afternoon,For your information, her husband also issued the same complaint on your site.  The Signs are highway signs that need to be removed by a sign company with a boom truck.  AS with any business the decision to carry or discontinue a product is within our discretion.   At...

no time was the product sold as or represented as Pandora, the sales receipt will show that.  If a customer comes in asking for Pandora the staff will say 'I'm sorry we no longer carry Pandora but we do have the Timeless line.  If they don't specifically ask for Pandora but are looking for charms we take them to our charms and tell them these are our Timeless Charms.  The feedback from our customers on this line has been very positive and they are loving the look of these charms  The Timeless line is top quality, it is made of Sterling Silver and then Platinum plated -this makes for a much more durable and vibrant Bracelet and Charms.  Unlike other brands out there that are rhodium plated which looks nice for awhile but tend to lose their luster.  The issue you had with your bracelet was not known at the time it was sold.  WE discovered the issue after the fact when we got a few returns for warranty, which we took care of.  The staff member told you we were aware of the problem NOW not when we sold the item to you. WE would never sell a product if we knew there was a problem with it.  As with any product you will always have some items that are not perfect.  It happens in every product line in every type of industry. These bracelets are not junk and do not compare to department store charms.  The return policy is disclosed on the receipt.  We did offer to take care of the problem and exchange her bracelet.Thank you

As, stated in the original complaint the stores return policy is not clearly stated anywhere in their store or on their website and you are not made aware of their return policy until after purchase has been made.  I have never heard of a jewelry store where store credit is common practice.  My family jeweler who only has one store doesn't even have such a policy.

Review: I have recently purchased a ring from this location. I selected a ring out of their case and the store made alterations to the ring without my request. Since then I have tried to return the ring and their claim is since I requested alterations to be made (which I did not) I can not get a return. I have been into the store twice to try and resolve this is[redacted] and I received little to no help (wasted trips). I have been passed off to a third manager now who has called me a liar and been very unresponsive. Every communication I have received from each person I have been trying to deal with was by email near closing time. I have been dealing with this for two weeks now and I am very upset that I have been called a liar and because of something the staff took upon themselves to do I am not longer able to return the ring.

Note: On my first trip to A&E they took possession of my ring, It is currently at their location.Desired Settlement: I am looking to return my ring and get a full refund. My Experience with this company has been nothing but awful.

I am responding to the complaint from a [redacted] ID #[redacted].

Review: My husband purchased a pair of earrings for me on December 16, 2013. He assumed that the metal was platinum due to the price of the product. He also was not told about the companies return policy, which is they do not accept returns only store credit. The sales associate never delineated what the metal was in the product neither was the clarity or color of the diamonds were described or total or individual caret weight. Most importantly my husband was never told of their return policy. On December 26, 2014, I went to return the earrings due to several factors; price which was not competitive with the market and especially not for being white gold and no mention of clarity or color of diamond. I stated that I wanted to return the items the sales associate started to return and then stated that you will have store credit. I explained that there was nothing in the store that I wanted and just wanted a full return. She then stated that they don't offer returns only store credit on certain items. I asked where that was stated and she said it was on the bottom of the receipt. So, the only way to know their return policy is after you make a purchase. My husband was never informed of their return policy by their sale associate and no where in the store is it visual posted. I stated that in order to know the return policy you have to buy something, the sales associated did not answer and then I asked where in the store was their policy posted so costumer were aware again no answer. I finally asked if sales associated tell their costumers about their unique return policy and again no answer. Also, no where on their website does it state their return policy. I find that their lack of describing their return policy to costumers is unethical when the only way to know the policy is stated on the receipt after you have made a purchase.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund on our credit card and would want them to make their unique return policy known to costumers before a purchase is made.

In response to the complaint by [redacted]. I have attached a copy of the receipt which clearly states that the item is 14k gold metal. I do notice that the size and quality are not noted on the receipt, I have address this with my inventory staff. That however is an easy question to answer had it been asked. The sales person said that [redacted] came in saw these earrings and decided right away that he wanted them. He did not ask questions. The size of the earrings is .50ctw and the Quality is SI! G-H color. I went online to price compare and found that we are right where we should be for pricing which if you were to compare apples for apples you would find we were actually less expensive. One site had a pair for less but the Qaulity is I3 which means the integrity of the diamond is actually in jeopardy. Further meaning they can break easily, very low grade, hence the lower price. Another site had some that were just slightly bigger the quality was the same but the color was lower.....the price was higher than ours. Each factor in Diamonds changes the price size, quality and Color all make a difference. They were sold some very nice diamond studs at a very nice price for the consumer. Our prices are always more than fair.
