These guys are the WORST. It's been almost 5 months and the job is still not complete. Countless phone calls to the owner Kevin who NEVER returned my calls. They know nothing about customer service and nothing about back up generators even though they said they do. They get a minus 10 in my opinion and now I have to file a case with the State contractors board and the Revdex.com.

I had somebody knock on my door from this company and they wanted to talk to me about solar and other products. As a life long construction worker, I know a thing or two about contracting. The first thing I asked the guy was if he was licensed to sell home improvement products. He said he was not, and that it was not neccessary. I asked him if he had his contractors license. He said he was with Apollo Solar. I asked him to call his office and get his license number. He did. It came back as *** in Gilroy. The contractor has a B license. This is a general license. Not a Solar License. Not a HVAC license. Not a Roofing License. This means they have not shown actual work experience for these trades, yet they are selling these products. When I looked further, I did not see ANY approved sales people with HIS licenses on their license, yet the kid at my door told me they were selling dozens of systems each month. When I looked up the Apollo website, I saw that their is no license number listed on it. This is illegal.
As a neighbor and friend to everybody that is reading this review. I had an experience with this company and it set off a lot of red flags.
I highly recommend you not using this company until they are properly licensed, licensed under teh name that they sell products under, and have all of their sales reps HIS licensed. Hopefully I can help you all and have you asked the same questions as I did.
