available, but they could substitute African Violets, Kalanchoe and other foliage plants in a wicker basket and obtain the same look as the picture.Since it was already after 1:in the afternoon and for a funeral service the next day, we said ok*** *** was upset with the arrangement and complained for some timeShe was going to complain to *** and wanted the florist in California's phone numberWe asked the florist in California what they could do to please herThey offered to pick the arrangement up and refund her money backShe said NOThe angel statue, wicker basket and plants retail at different prices all over the country, just like gasoline, California prices for plants, statues, and blooming plants, etc probably retail at a higher price than New Albany, Indiana.I am sending along a picture the florist sent to us of the arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home in California.We tried to please this woman and the florist in California also tried to please this woman.Sincerely
