*** ***The company has sent over different invoices reflecting different amountsThey were to provide hours of cleaning at $65/hr - not the hours they stateThey have sent threatening emails with 40% penalties, with a total bill of nearly $800! They have threatened to get a lien against my propertyThis company stole personal property from my home and refuse to return said property( A police report of the theft is on file with the ***, Texas Police Department.) In addition, the company has claimed they have photos of my home, and its contents, taken by them, without my knowledge, permission, or consentThe *** Police Department is investigating the legality of such actionsI have never, in my 30+ years in Austin, dealt with such and unethical, threatening, and downright corrupt companyI'm attaching photos of their alleged "single dog hair", slightly dirty microwave, etctaken one day after the alleged cleaning of my homeDoes this look like minor cleaning matters to you? Finally, I proposed a figure to resolve the matter on the condition the company return my stolen personal property, destroy / delete all photos taken of my home and its contents taken by them without my consentThe company has refused the offer and renewed their threat of a lien on my propertyThe company also sent an email stating that I was to make no further contact with them
We provided service for Mr. [redacted] on 10/20/2016 where he had originally scheduled a cleaning for 4 hours. After the 4 hours were completed, he requested an additional 2 hours (as the home still needed work) and we accepted and cleaned an extra 30 minutes at no additional charge for him. After the...
cleaning was completed he inspected the property and approved the work. Then, the team asked for payment which he then replied he would make an online payment. We proceeded to an electronic invoice through PayPal, confirmed with him if it had been received and concluded he would submit payment that night. The next morning Mr. [redacted] called our office to mention that our team missed 3 areas; a spot in a microwave, a hair on the floor and dusting underneath a red chair. Our office offered to immediately go back and clean the missed areas which he then declined and asked for a credit. We complied and credited his account $50 and prompted to resend updated invoice. Less than forty-eight hours later, payment was still not made which we then received an email from him requesting additional $140 credit. He stated he hired another cleaning company to re-clean the property. We then declined because we were not aware of his dissatisfaction which was not mentioned the moment he approved the cleaning nor within the 24 hour guarantee we give to all our customers. On one of the last conversations we had with Mr. [redacted] we offered him yet a final credit to close out his account, which lastly changed his original balance from $457.36 to $351.81. He was offered more than a $100 courtesy credit throughout this situation. As of today, November 16, 2016, Mr. [redacted] has not made a payment. We have sent you the invoices and credit(s) separately.
