purchased a diesel engine 12/1/to replace the original engineIn March that engine also blew up with miles on itJasper did send another engine to us right away and when installed it did not run correctlyIdle very rough and nothing seemed to help itour mechanic and myself called them several times looking for ideas and what we should try to solve the problemEach time we called all they told us was what they were not covering under warrantyAfter serval calls we it was obvious they are not going to help with any advice only what they were not paying for
we use several of these engines and have never been treated this way in the past but it appears this is the way they run their companywe will never purchase anything else from them in the future

We are working with a marina for boat engine repair. The marina sent our engine block to Jasper for rebuild in Sept 2013. Engine was placed back into the boat in spring of 2014. All summer we had problems with that engine. The main seal was bad, leaking oil, knocking in the engine, and smoking. Marina attempted repairs several times but finally removed the engine in mid Sept 2014. Engine block was sent back to Jasper for a second time. Engine was then put back into the boat in early May 2015. All the same issues still existed as if it was never worked on. Removed engine again on 5/16/15. Jasper received the engine block again for the third time by 5/20/15. We have been told the engine will be ready to install again during the second week in June. We have lost most of the 2014 boating season and now a month of this boating season so far due to Jasper's incompetence. I would recommend that no one do business with this company. There are many complaints on their website.

We have used Jasper for all our transmission and engine needs for the last 20 years. Great products and service!! I would highly recommend.
