This customer came with a group. No one else had any complaints. She did not follow any of the directions that was given to her. I believe that she just did not want to pay for the services rendered. there was nothing wrong with her tan. The development time is 6-8 hours and she immediately took a shower. She was instructed to stay out of the water for at least 6-8 hours. I do not have control over what she applied to her skin. She did not take the necessary steps to allow me to fix the problem she said that she had. The other 11 ladies loved their spray tan and were very happy. This customer was very rude and said a lot of nasty things to me when I tried to help her. I will not give her a refund because our policy is a no refund policy. However, I did offer to give her a store credit and she wouldn't accept. I have been in business for 16 years and have never experienced a customer like this one. I would definitely not allow her back into my establishment after the way she behaved.

This woman was rude to me and did NOT offer a store credit. I want a refund because I was not happy with my spray tan. I am a unsatisfied customer and I will never go to that place again. Great customer service would be if the customer is not happy then you give a refund. I had NO problem paying for the service but when I look terrible and even have family and friends make comments that I look terrible and look like I have blotches all over me.
