Review: Hi I moved into a rental home April 2, 2016. I signed lease March 18,2016 I believe.

I've never received a copy of the lease was advised that it's all online I've only had access once and the lease wasn't uploaded at that time. I've sent several requests for password reset even though I know what it is I use same for all my accounts. Still haven't received the link to gain access. I've also been advised since the start of complaints I signed a as is lease which first I've never heard of and second would've questioned it wen I read the lease!

Moving on to the issues in the home.

There's mold in the basement, the basement laundry tub and piping need replaced its rusted and leaking, there water in basement every time it rains as the foundation of the house is cracked in many areas around the perimeter.

On the main level only one window opens and doesn't stay open without being propped and water comes in when it rains as well.

There's only one outlet in each room, five breakers for the whole house. The electric trips put often.

There was a live wire exposed in the basement as well. (That was handled yesterday7/9/10, after advising I want a escrow account established for the property)

The kitchen faucet leaks when it's used.

The oven didn't work from move in which they replaced after two months of complaining finally.

The second floor

2 of 3 Bedroom doors need shaved there very hard to open and close, that's never been addressed.

Only one outlet in each room, only 3 windows that open one in my sons room, one in mine and one in my daughters. The Windows that do open have no safe way to exit should an emergency transpire. Two are straight drops to cemented areas.

The bathroom has a tile missing or broken in a large area by the sink and shower stall that's leaking water into the ceiling if the kitchen now the ceiling has water stains and probably mold growing there also.

There's also a huge ant problem I've used home defense twice now on outside and I've used other products inside but there's still a ant issue. I'm always cleaning my home so I don't know where they're coming from. It's the very small ones maybe even termites I'm not certain never seen them. But the wood on porch is rotted as well.

I've also informed them of the banisters not being safe both front and back porch banisters are wobbly.

I've taken pictures of the home as well.

Mike from aegis realty partners came to the home once took two pictures and basically blew me off after.

He told me recently on a phone call to pour bleach on the mold and be sure I'm maintaining the property to include yard which the neighbor will tell u no one ever took care of the yard before me.

He also told me he had a bill for the repairs being done, yet they weren't done!

I'd also like if your aware of how to do so to set up escrow, the bank I went to stated that aegis had to set it up which they're not doing and I've asked the last two months for.

I don't know how any of this works because I've never had to do this before but, I'm a single mother of two and myself and daughter have allergies and asthma I don't want or need us getting ill do to there lack of maintaining their property.

The home was empty for two years prior to last tenant according to the neighbor.Desired Settlement: I want escrow account and repairs made before they get rent!
