Review: The company had me sign a holding agreement based on false pretenses, and refused to fix and address the issues in the apartment which the hold was placed. When asked to be credited a refund for failure to resolve the issues the company declined and stated it was a "damage" to them which entitled them to withhold my $1,600 deposit.

The apartment was listed as a "fully renovated unit" which was under renovation at the time the deposit was left, yet during a second viewing there was damaged electrical, missing/broken cabinetry, and cockroach/mice poo in multiple areas throughout the kitchen. It was clear that after the deposit was left any renovations or intentions to renovate came to a halt.Desired Settlement: Refund for the full amount of the deposit.
