Client called on the 29th of March 10:20 AM regarding her intent to cancel services with [redacted]. One of our customer service reps advised her that her initial 36 month contract term had expired and she was on a month to month contract and informed to email us a disconnection notice in writing in...

order for us to proceed with the disconnection procedures. As per our company policy we need to have a cancellation notice 30 days prior to the end or contract term or any renewal term. [redacted] was conveyed the above information in the few phone calls that she made to our company, but was persistent about getting her money back for that billing cycle and the overdraft fee she incurred.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by [redacted] that I was in the clear I asked her 3 times are you sure there's nothing gonna come out of my bank account in April she said no your done there was only for days after the billing date so I should not have been charged I'm being charged for a full month of service for 4 days I want my money back I will not stop until I get my money back because I was charged just because I no longer wanted there services I found something better they know they charged me wrong that's why they would forward my calls and never return my calls this company is very unprofessional
