It was not the Labor Day Holiday weekend. It was the weekend before that. They have been very slow to respond to our complaint after several attempts on our part to get this taken care of. We did receive a phone call today 9/16/2016 and have set up a time for them to come out and look over the problem. I hope this will take care of things but I do not have much faith right now it will.

It was taken care of on Sept. 30th (the date the customer was available). He was nice as could be and really had no problem with our installation job.
