I had a sliding door installed in July of It was dollarsIt is now november and I have been waiting on the screen door since the installThe finally came to install the screens and they did not fit so I am still without screens and now the weather is beautiful and I cant have my door openThey did give me wa check for $The said that was to give me the screens for costWhen they installed the door they told me the screens where on back order and they would be in the next weekThen after that week they never gave me an update I called about weeks later to check where the screens arethey said they were on back orderAfter I called them mulitple time for the next two months I finaly call at then end of October and the screens were thereThey said they called and left a message to set up an appointment but I have no message from themSo they set it up thenAnd now I suppost to get them but they did not fit so now they said they will come back the next dayI do love my door and the install was great just the follow up customer service was not good
I would recommend this company to all my friends and familyThey were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole processThe workers were respectful and left our place clean after installationWe had quotes from a handful of other companies but energy shield was much cheaperI’m so happy with the work they’ve done
The windows are inand they look great! Energy Shield was extremely receptive to my requirements They took the time to answer questions and fully explained all the details
I will most assuredly will be using them again!

My dealings with Energy Shield were very positiveHad four windows and two sliding doors replacedHad a slight issue with one of the doors, but I must say they were right there to make correction immediatelyTheir service is impressive
We had a very positive experience with Energy Shield, from the beginning to the endOur Installers Miguel, and Emanuel were very attentive to their work and as a perfectionist I was very happy

They were timely, professional, and followed up on all my concerns The installers were professional, courteous, and made sure everything was secure, correct, and right There was a error with the order and the installers quickly addressed it, got it approved to be corrected, and still finished the install within the promised window of time We are very happy and felt we were a valued customer
Salesman took advantage of my mother in lawHe promised our very expensive doors would be approved with for our swimming pool and they were not ! It will be expensive to bring them to up to codeLook else where
