with the appropriate family member who signed the contract. I informed the complainant that we could neither send her a copy of the contract nor the refund check. These items were sent to the appropriate family member as designated by the contract; he did not voice any complaints or concernsI recommended she contact him with any questions regarding this matter. The complainant appeared very agitated and angry regarding this and did continue to call Care Connections, repeatedly, and attempt to demand this information. It became harassing The complainant filed a complaint regarding "some missing money" (unable to determine amount, per her), on her mothers' behalf I recommended that she should contact the police and that I would perform an internal investigation. I did follow up with my findings and asked about a police report The complainant referred to the Sheriff as "Deputy Dog". Care Connections fully and completely cooperated with the Sheriff and the investigation. The case was dismissed, on all accounts, as acknowledged by the complainant. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
[redacted]'s response to my complaint is exaggerated (ex., harrassing her- I was attempting to resolve the issue representing my elderly mother. I was naturally upset, but our conversations were amiable and in no way bordered on harrassment!)  She also stated that the amount of money stolen was not known. After promising several times to send me a copy of the contract, she now states that because my signature was not on the contract I was not entitled to a copy. I was representing my mother, brother and myself by offering to submit the complaint to Revdex.com.  My error was that I did not list all three of our names, so she is using that fact as a loophole.I stated that an envelope with $200.00 was missing. along with a specific amount in my mother's billfold.  I never referred to the deputy as "Deputy Dog."  That is a complete fallacy!  I have never in my life used that term!  I believe they dismissed the investigation, knowing that nothing could be proven.  This is clearly not a business that I would ever recommend.
