Review: (written on behalf of victim) [redacted] is unproficient in English. World Financial Group manager took advantage of the victim's unemployment status and lacks of English ability. She promised to get the employment for the victim and deceivingly took the victim's credit card information. After 2 months, manager never contacted victim. On victim's behalf, I called the manager to resolve the issue but the manager disconnected the call and refused to talk.Desired Settlement: Return full credit to credit card.
