The insurance allowed $124.42 for the visit and the patient had paid $105 when they were here which leaves a balance for $19.42 for the patient. I was not informed of any charges or the amount of charge to be given a chance to reject them which I would have immediately.The Dr. did not do anything. No service was provided.They are unnecessarily charging $234 for which I was charged $120 that they would not let me go unless I did.Please re-imburse me the $120.
