I purchased a bedroom set from the store in February of and in October of one end of the bedrail got broken Aeon has been promising to send someone over to fix but as of today bed has not been repaired
Bed came with guarantee of lifetime warranty And now to get the bed fixed is a problem I need the situation to be resolved ASAP

November 26/16, I visited AEON store with a friend and purchased a 2-piece sofa set and an 8-piece queen size bedroom set @ $1,each from Mr*** ***The bedroom set was the floor model except for the bed which was order from a catalogueI paid $cash on invoice no: - delivery date Dec - 5.00pm
Nov 27, I returned to AEON with a friend to clarify some terms and conditions noted on the invoice - was assured by *** that I would have no problems
First week of Dec I paid AEON $1,cash - $1,to be paid upon delivery
Dec no delivery - contacted AEON and was advised by *** that the furniture was not delivered to AEON due to a snow storm and the bed that I had ordered was discontinued
We agreed to a queen size storage bed with draws below which he described and I had seen in the catalogue
After several calls, delivery was arranged for Dec - *** informed me on that date Dec everything will be delivered ex
