On January 5th our servicemen went to the above residence for a: no heat system does not seem to be working fight customer thinks it may need a cleaning call and found that his system was frozen and had been down for
sometime he was using other sources to keep his house warmOur Service techs then
put a temporary service board on to keep it get it going till we could order
in parts he needed a New
Energy Manager which we sell for
and a Plate type heat exchanger and fittings we sell for He
has a new plate type at his house that
we could also use if he chose for us toAfter giving him the
prices for the parts he needed the Customer informed us that he did not want
us there he was going to report us to the Revdex.com due to us
price gougingAttached you will find
the prices we pay our suppliers
We do raise the prices of our parts and services we do not charge our customer's what we pay our
suppliers we charge them a higher price to cover our costsHe argued with us that we have been price gouging him
for years and are in cahoots with Energy Kinetics and other businesses since he can only get the parts from a trained Energy Kinetics dealerIf you look at MrJefferson's
account with us there have been many bills in the past that he has
not paid due to complaints to us and we have taken them off for
customer satisfactionWe would be happy to order and replace the parts but cannot do it for less then what we pay for the partsHe also made it very
clear he did not want us back in his houseAeon Heating & Air Conditioning
