Aeon started ownership and management of Goldenstar Apartments on 06/07/ Some building issues arose after the sale with the drainage and boiler system The drainage issues were a problem since inception and Aeon had vendors out multiple times unclogging residents drains and redoing the drainage system There have been no problems since September There were problems with the Boilers in the month of December We have documentation showing that we had vendors out there on multiple times per day monitoring and assuring there was hot water Management posted flyers communicating the issue and gave updates to the residents of the status Subsequently, the boilers were replaced on 12/23/ Since the replacement there have been no problems with the water temperatureThe main office voicemail logs do not show any voicemails left on the dates indicated in the complaint Our emergency number logs show: a call on 12/23/for a clogged sink.Aeon completes a work order when residents have items that need attention in their apartments The unit indicated in the complaint has had four work orders since the takeover by Aeon Management 6/30/Screen needs replacement: Resolved 7/1/167/7/screen frame needing to be installed: Resolved 7/7/ 8/8/Clogged Bathtub: Resolved 8/11/1612/27/Sink Clogged: Resolved 12/28/16A rent refund will not be madeAeon management feels all the issues have been resolved within an acceptable time and with proper communication If other residents have issues, they can feel free to contact the manager
