The company returned one of my many phone calls to tell me that there was no return policy or cancellation policy in
place by their company and therefore they had no obligation to return my feeAs you know, my original complaint just within a couple weeks of signing on was that I was unable to reach them when I had a computer virus threatThey had promised to be available seven to help resolve any technical issuesI was then told by a legitimate well-known computer assistance group, Best Buy geek squad, that the firm and many others are fraudulent.
