The company has failed to provide timely snowplowing services on multiple occasions in & and on March 14-15, it failed to plow in front of my garage door leaving an area about 20'x20' with up to inches of snow depthThis was done despite being notified by email twice on 3/14/and by two phone calls and an email on 3/15/I paid the company in advance and it has failed to meet the terms of our contract
My husband and I signed a contract with this company for plowing at propertiesThe first snow storm of the 2016/season we received an email stating our locations were plowed however the individual never showed upAfter numerous calls someone finally answered and a plow guy was here to plow however he did a straight line up and down the driveway and didn't get the entire area agreed upon when signing the contractThe second snow fall of the season I called numerous times because nobody showed upOne of my tenants ran out when she saw him pull up the driveway and gave him the phoneI was told that they were extremely overbooked and to call the ownerWhen I finally got ahold of he owner I was told there was a death in the family and they were sorryI then stated my tenants were complaining because they couldn't get out of the driveway and he said "let me ask ythey ride bicycles?"
