Horrible company. They lie, repeatedly assure you that they've verified that supplies are covered by insurance when they are not, but send the supplies without permission and directly against the stated will of the customer, then they harass for payment of supplies that were sent illegally without permission. Do not trust them.

We received a discontinue order from the physician on 9/17/One of our technician's said that he spoke with the customer and had made arrangements on two occasions to pick up the equipment and both times the customer was not home
We received a message from our on
call service on 9/28/A customer service representative called and left the customer a messageWe received another on call message on 10/6/and a customer service representative called the customer back and left another message
Unfortunately, since there has been some communication issues in getting this equipment picked upI will gladly resolve any of these issues in regards to billing and reimbursement from the date we received the discontinue order from the physician
