I GOT A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR MY DAUGHTER IN LAW TO HAVE HER CAR DETAILED. I PAID FOR THIS WITH A CREDIT CARD IN MID DECEMBER. TO THIS DATE, DESPITE NUMEROUS PROMISES AND QUERIES BY MY DAUGHTER IN LAW, HE HAS NOT DETAILED HER CAR YET, NINE MONTHS LATER. NOR WOULD HE REFUND MY MONEY WHEN HE WAS REQUESTED TO. NOW HE ALLEGES THE VIRUS IS THE PROBLEM. BUT OF COURSE IT WAS NOT IN PLAY FOR THE FIRST 4 OR 5 MONTHS OF THIS FIASCO.
I will be happy to Detail this vehicle as soon as I open the business back up just as I told the customer. Business is closed due too Covid-19. The customers first appointment was canceled by the customer due to being out of town.

He is correct, there was ONE appointment cancelled by us on 03/13/2020. But this is 08/19 and still no results. After all that has gone on and his numerous failures to perform the service he was paid for on 12/05/2019, we do not want him to touch the car. I want my money refunded.
