I think this company is a thief. They bill you for fuel that you haven't even received yet because you are on a monthly billing schedule. So now they are trying to bill me for a delivery charge............really? I have paid out more than the monthly billing in the past 6 months and they are still trying to get me to pay a monthly charge and additional charges. Where do they come up with this stuff? Is this not regulated. I owe 1/3 less than they are billing me for.

This complaint was resolved on 3/18/16:  The fees in question were credited back to customer account and no further delivery fees will be charged to this account.  Not sure why Revdex.com complaint was filed after this date.   Perhaps our resolution was not communicated to the customer.

We appreciate [redacted]'s business and have reached out to him in an effort to resolve his issues, and I believe that we have come to a satisfactory resolution.  1. We have agreed to let [redacted] call in for his deliveries, which is an exception to the standard policy language in our fixed price...

contract ([redacted] is  fixed price contract customer).  We have advised [redacted] that he must give us adequate lead time to make delivery -- normally 3 business days notice prior to delivery.  2. We stand by our delivery invoice and gallons delivered.  Aero has been delivering to this address for several years (with previous homeowner) and the gallons delivered (e.g. consumed) is normal for this residence at this time of year.  Moreover our vehicles delivery meters are regulated by state weights and measures and all of our vehicles inventories are reconciled daily.  This practice is time tested with our 40,000 other delivery customers.

We have been in written communication.   In our communication we've explained that we're very confident and insistent that the Aero tank located on her premises remains the legal property of Aero.  However, in an effort to bring this matter to a resolution, we have significantly discounted...

the price to for her to purchase Aero's propane tank.

I moved into my home with a 500 gallon propane tank which I thought came with the property from the previous owner. I purchased propane from Aero and then found out that AmeriGas owned the tank. Aero offered to purchase the tank from AmeriGas to I could continue to use their services, but wanted me to first try and purchase the tank. After I informed them I could not afford to purchase the tank, I asked them to purchase the tank like they originally had offered. At this time the declined to purchase the tank and said they never had any intention to purchase the tank and simply wanted me to buy it to keep using their propane. This whole scenario went on over months until I finally find out they will not purchase tank. It was a complete waste of my time and now my tank is nearly empty and I have no contract with any propane company. I am disappointed they lied about purchasing the tank and I would not recommend anyone use their services.
