Revdex.com spoke to Larry at the business and the following was relayed: We have communicated with the consumer and responded to each emailCurrently, the mechanisms are in for her which we will be replacing both for herThe parts to line up the seam have been ordered and are expected any day which we are going to reinstall the panels and it will all line up

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In response to MrB.'s note: I NEVER called York Furniture with a service request and I NEVER agreed to a repair(I have forwarded many of the e mails that have been exchanged) I'm not sure where MrBthinks that I called with a service requestI called while the delivery men were still at my house because I noticed a defect immediately and told them that I would not accept the furnitureThe delivery men instructed me to call the office which I didI was told to keep the sectional and a new one would be orderedThe sectional has a manufacture defect and should be returned to the manufacture! (you should have pictures that I sent) It looks nothing like the floor modelOn several occasions I asked Larry to come to my home to look at the sectional and he never bothered to do thatI told him to pick a time and I would leave work to meet him any time that was convenient to himCustomer service / customer satisfaction is clearly not important to MrBat all! At this time, I am not interested in doing business with York Furniture, I am requesting that they pick up the sectional and give me a full refund.Please let me know what to expect so that I can move forward this issueI will be contacting the Attorney General's office, and our local Television station Regards, [redacted]

This Revdex.com complaint has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction Service is setup for this week with our service provider Tom MYork Furniture has been waiting for a part to come in before service can be scheduledThe customer's part did come in, and now service has been scheduled to accommodate the customers timeThank you, York Furniture Gallery

Revdex.com spoke to Larry at business and the following was relayed: The customer bought the couch on June 3, Delivery can be anywhere from 4-weeks, % of the time is it within the 6-week time frameThere are times when the manufacturer runs late and it is beyond our controlThere are several factors that can affect the manufacturer that we cannot control We did receive the order in at weeksIt was received on the 18th and we did deliver it the very next day on the 19thThe couch is fully warrantied and the customer does have deferred interest, no interest for months which began when the couch was delivered, not when the couch was orderedThe first payment is what they received a notice for as there are minimum monthly payments that must be made

Revdex.com spoke to Larry at business and the following was relayed: The furniture company salesman ordered the wrong furnitureWe did reorder and the company shipped the furniture in the wrong colorWe did loan the customer a couple pieces of furniture while waiting for the correct furniture to arrive The furniture is shipping today and we expect the furniture to arrive within the next 7-days, and we will be pushing for even soonerOnce it arrives, we can deliver within dayWe will also be issuing a discount for his trouble which will be credited back to his card

Although a repair was made to the chair, it was not the repair we were told it would be We were told by Tony at York he would order a new seat from [redacted] to make the repair I called numerous times to check on the status of the new seat being ordered and no one would call me back This went on for weeksThen we file a report to Revdex.com and suddenly York is willing to talk to me The repairman showed up with a spring only, no seat Yes, the repair order was signed by me so the repairman could submit for his billing But bottom line is the repair was not completed the way we were told it would be I am not satisfied with the repair or York's customer service
