Suddenly we realized that the power cord on the new motor is a few feet short from the ceiling socket - of course this is the manufacturer's short sightInstead of using a power strip which has a easy-blobulb and if installed, which would be tied high up above the motor - making it hard for me to replace the bulb without a tall ladder, we collectively brainstormed and finally decided to use a simple extension power cordAfter all, not only the broken motor has been replaced, but I am also a very satisfied home owner!
My experience over the years with Aero has been very positive except for the last visit The tech did an excellent job tuning up the lift and door but said he could not address the specific problem I wanted addressed I investigated further and found the problem, personally submitted paperwork to Aero asking them to provide a solution and followed-up Another vendor provided a solution for us
