Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] As stated I have a full video showing there were no issues with my new driveway, walk way and apron the day they came Photos upon leaving show extensive damage exceeding $3, Somehow he has a photo proving the driveway was installed improperly (how?) while stating they didn't do it from the other side of his mouth They wanted me to fill out a form rating their work I work from home and though I was at the house to accept the form did not have all day to look at everything around the work area so I wrote on the form that I'd need time to look over everything before check marking one or two of the boxes stating "no damage" or the such I wrote that on the survey, refused to check mark the box related to damage and said they did great at what I could see Look at the form No surprises here as I believe I stated all of this in the beginning The apron was poured thicker than the driveway with Class C concrete and fibers added It's much stronger than the average driveway I paid the bill as the owner of the company threatened to sue me if not paid in full He literally stated he would put a lien against my property This is how they respond to customer complaints Not a face to face meeting to attempt to resolve nor a meeting of the minds upon assessing the damage I sent them notice the very day they left along with photos by text as we had used for communicating All the sudden no more responses They have offered nothing to resolve this matter nor do I believe they will Buyer Beware I would skip this company at all cost He is stating that because I wanted the job done without spending the maximum it's fine that they busted by apron and sidewalk That makes total sense, not If you can't do the job safely just say so and the customer can chose to use someone else Don't just take the job, bust up the concrete then wash your hands of it because it was a less expensive job for you Man up, own the problem you created I would not wish Hendels Tree Service on my worst enemy Regards, [redacted] ***
