Upon receiving the complaint we had to research our original appointment book to discover who the complaint originated from and when we had visited his homeIn the final analysis of the situation we made the mistake of losing a potential customer's information and we are very sorry for that mistakeWe have a very long history of taking great care with our customers without any complaints with work performedThis is very unfortunate to receive a complaint from a customer that we did not actually have the opportunity to work with, but there is no question that not contacting him with a price quote was our faultOnce again we would like to apologize to Mr*** for this mistake
