Defective patio cover remote control not replaced and reprogrammed. First attempt to reprogram resulted in one patio cover not operational. Aero claims to have received the replacement control but has failed to agree to schedule an appointment to deliver the control and do the reprogramming from emails and phone calls starting July 6, 2016 [redacted] indicated they were very busy servicing orders via Home Depot but they would take care of this warranty work.
We have a scheduled appointment with Mr [redacted] for Monday January 9th to review the situation with the remote control in question and any other issue involving the patio cover systemOur goal is to order any components found to be necessary from this meeting and immediately service our customer upon receiving them
