I am not happy with their job because they left a mess in my front yard. They didn't even clean up the mess at all. All of the mulch in the flower beds are all messed up and they didn't clean up after they tented the house. I've got 3 plants dead and some of the grass is dead too. They made a big hole in my yard and there was no extra dirt around the hole. I looked around and found the dirt piled on my A/C pipe. What the heck? Why didn't they clean up the mess?!?!?! I have checked my house like 2 to 3 times a day while the crew were not there. I guess that was perfect time for me to check on my house because I found a big hole on the tent covering on the roof. I complained about it and someone went to my house to check reading level for fumigant gas in the house. He said it reads same level as with no tear. I thought oh okay that's good news. But after I see how they did such a [redacted] job at my house and it made me wonder if they lied to me about the reading level of fumigant gas. I don't believe them now. They have had no communication with me at all. I never knew when the house was ready and I had to drive to my house to find out. This is ridiculous and what a waste time for me because I had to drive back 45 mins away from my house to my mom's house to pack stuff and bring back to my house. They are sub-contractors with [redacted]. I called and complained to [redacted] about what was going on with my house. I mentioned about leaving windows open at my house and I knew that is wrong for them to leave the windows open while unsupervised. But I had to ask and make sure I am right and someone from [redacted] said it is very wrong for them to leave windows open while no one is at my house. They said it's rare for someone to complain about this company for tenting a house and that made me feel like they took advantage of me because I am deaf and think I am dumb. That's not cool and they've picked the wrong person to leave [redacted] job at my house. [redacted] did leave a msg for this company and they had 24 hours to contact me since Friday and now it is Tuesday, no one called me to discuss my concerns of what happened at my house. Going to call [redacted] again and hopefully I can cancel contract with them because I will never want to use this company ever again. Too many mistakes going on with my house. I would not recommend anyone to use Aero Pest Control!!!
