We gave this firm a huge order to clean out furnace and numerous vents in our home. We gave the firm's reps a check for almost half of the cost and told them to bill us and we would send a check for the difference. Instead, in the mail, we received a nasty invoice saying they would take us to court unless we paid the balance immediately. We spoke the receptionist who screamed and yelled at us when we called. Totally uncalled for, unprofessional, and totally un-business like dealing with this firm leads us to discourage others from doing business with this firm.
