On the 2nd of July Mr*** requested to return an itemOn the 30th of Aug he requested an updateOn the 2nd of September the gentleman who was in charge of the RMAs requested a tracking number because he needed to verify that the package was receivedHe explained that since all the boxes that
are received into our building are inspected he is not the first person that receives the returnsFor that reason he request the tracking number to insure that the package had reached usOn October 21st Mr*** reached out to us againWe asked again for a tracking number showing that the package was delivered to usMr*** stated on the 28th of October that if we told him that we did not receive the item he would open a claim with the shipping companyWe stated on Nov 3rd that if he could give us his tracking number showing that we received his package we would continue with the refundWe still have not received any tracking information showing that his package was actually shipped to us

I am rejecting this response because:I returned the item via USPS. My experience and communication with the company does not give me confidence they even know if this was received or not. I'm confident it was. The shipping instructions did not require a tracking number, other than the company generated tracking number which I used. I would like a refund per company policy or the item sent back to me.

On the 11th of November, we sent the customer a return label for the item. As of 23 November, we still have not received it and the tracking number is not active, meaning the customer has not sent the item back to us.

We still have not received a tracking number from Mr [redacted] to verify that a package was actually sent from him to us. We do not have any record that his return shipment was ever received at our location.
