her August inspection on 8/13/14. She also paid for monthly chlorine service November 4, 2013 which is a service where we come out and add chlorine to her system monthly. She did not renew the chlorine service for November 2014-2015 period. We went out September 25, 2014 to perform her chlorine service, the technician told us [redacted] told him not to come back anymore. For the safety of our technicians we do not send them back when told not to come back. On December 22, 2014 [redacted] called our office asking why we have not been out there to perform her inspection. We told her she told the previous technician not to come back and that we had cancelled her contract with [redacted]. She acted irate and threated to come to our office with her friend. The office felt threatened so we sent some of our technicians up here just in case she was going to harm us. She never came by, but the next morning she sent quite a few e-mails. I have attached the e-mails that was sent. Moving forward. Aero-Septic Maintenance decided it was best to go our separate ways and to refund the remaining balance of her contract. She paid $245 we performed one inspection which the cost of each inspection is $61.25. Her refund amount was for $183.75. I have attached the check stub showing we refunded her money the same day. Aero-Septic Maintenance thrives to satisfy each and every customer, we have never had this type of behavior with our customers.
