In Nov 2016, I booked an appointment with Greg W [redacted] , Aerobiological Solutions, Incto perform a virtual inspection of my home and provide a 2nd opinion along with a workable mold remediation protocol His protocol was expected to outline how the remediation work needed to be done so that someone with health issues would be able to safely inhabit the house without having a recurrence of illness I sent Greg all data from prior inspections performed by two other inspectors, the remediation plan proposed by one of those inspectors, photos the inspectors took, mold test results, and my own knowledge of the history of the house Greg performed the virtual inspection on 11/28/ At the end of the inspection, I asked if my house could be successfully remediated He said yes I asked when I could expect to receive the protocol He estimated about two weeks After weeks passed, I contacted him He asked me to get asbestos and lead tests done on a few areas of the house

MrW [redacted] came to our home in Richmond, VA on February 23rd to inspect the house for mold and ran a test kit (which we paid to the company directly) He said we would receive his report within 4-weeks It has now been over weeks and no report I have emailed MrW [redacted] on April 7, April 23, and April 28th, with no response I called him on April 25th and left a voicemailNo response My son is suffering illness from the mold in the home MrW [redacted] is aware of this and the urgency of receiving his report Still no response
Greg W [redacted] of Aerobiological Solutions visited our house on December 8, to conduct an inspection for mold and other indoor air quality issues He charged $for the inspection, a forthcoming report, and for an air quality test, and he cashed the check the same day He promised the report and test results within two weeks Having waited weeks for the report and test results, we contacted MrW [redacted] by voicemail and/or email on December and 30, 2016, and January and 4, We asked for, at a minimum, a copy of air quality test results immediately or a refund We have not received the test results, the report or a refund We have paid in full, but Aerobiological Solutions has provided no value or services to us
