I purchased a CPAP machine that was incorrectly set for my needs I requested a home visit from the company and received an appointment time DAVID NEVER SHOWED I called AEROCARE and they assigned BRIAN to follow up, NEVER SHOWED I called and was placed on hold and no one ever came back on the line I have a question does AEROCARE have a contest going on to see how many of their oxygen cliental the company came eliminate per month by neglect? A former employee had warned me the staff is immature and lacked any training This company needs to be eliminated and please note they are not members of the Revdex.com That should give everyone notice [redacted] , and [redacted] are even worse No service and risk of survival is better than down right billing crooks as the other two stated companies If you need employment go get trained and open a reputable business the above three companies can disappear quickly

Please be very aware when you buy from this dealershipI just had a horrible nightmare experience with this dealershipMy sales man told me I was approved and what my payment would be, put money down and signed all the paperwork and drove my new car home that day! Only for them to call me almost weeks later and inform me my loan did not go throughI was blown awaywhat do you meanI was told I was approved!!!!! Well evidently there is a form you sign that no one explains to you exactly what it meansPlease read the bailment agreement form!!!!! This form is what allows them to send you out the door with a new car leaving them to finsh your approval from the banks and if your loan don't go through the car you thought was yours is no longer yours!!!! You have to renegotiate the loan, witch could mean higher payemts, higher interest or they can't do the loan at allPlease make sure you are really approved before you take possession of the car

These guys are major sm bagsThey sold a car to my grandma's sister and asked my grandma to co sign, which she didMy grand mothers sister's daughter then takes the car back to the dealership and dropped it off thereShe then gets my grandma's sister ( mentioned above) cosign on another car and dropped off the initial car she hadThese salesmen have no common sense to even notify my grand mother that a car she co-signed for had just been dropped offIt sat there for monthsAfter my grandma finds out about the car and tries to find options for how to get the car out of her name, the dealership tells her that they can buy the car back because they don't want itThe most disgusting and irritating part of this whole thing is that they then tried to sell my grandmother another car so that she would now have car paymentsThese people have no decency or moralsNo one should conduct business with them or trust them for anythingCompletely gutless individuals

I bought car from tenneson hyundia milledgeville a manager name [redacted] promise I would receive 500.00 dollas for getting the car when I call him and asked for my money he {[redacted]] was so nasty and kept telling lies about my money was in the mail,people if you can go some where else to get you a car please do so all they want to do is make a sell and don't deal with that manager [redacted] he's also a big lier.

Very horrible customer service. Due to personal issues I called to let the company know I am not in possession of the oxygen tank but gave them the address and contact information of who was. Not even 24 hours I get the most unprofessional voice mail accusing me of lying and threatening legal activity for over 1 minute. I will never do business with this unprofessional derogatory company again and no one else should either.

Two words -- SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Trying to find out what a unit costs is impossible. When you tell them you want to buy the unit ... not rent, they stop returning your calls. You practically have to beg them to call you back. When they do and you tell them you want to buy a unit and NOT RENT they pretend to understand.

Fortunately, the entire time I talked to the 4 different agents over the course of a week, I recorded the calls on "Record A Call." This great little Apple iPhone application.

I recommend that anyone who needs a unit should actually go to buy one online from a website such as cpap.com.
