No communication
So far it would be 0. I have been trying to get a Bi-Pap since before October 2021 when I reached out to them and they advised I had been denied. Period. No explanation. The person who wrote that did not put their name to it so no one could be questioned. Turns out, the insurance company needed pre-approval so I called AeroCare and they began once again. I had an appointment Jan 31, 2022 which they cancelled because they realized the Dr. had ordered Bi-Pap ST. I called today and the order had been cancelled! No phone call, no nothing. No communication. I had originally started with Lincare and asked my Dr. to change because of exact same problems. I don't think there is a responsive company out there for our breathing needs.

Shameful !!!
Do not deal with these clowns...you will be on hold for at least 25 to 30 minutes, and if and when you get to talk with someone...it won't be what you want to hear. Absolutely no customer service at all !
