I am rejecting this response because: A deposit is a deposit? And this is the reason why I would NEVER accept any credit to work with non professional business owners. Review: Was going to use this company for bouncy house rental for my son's 6th birthday and called and spoke to a woman on the phone to clarify some questions I had after browsing their website. I asked if she will be charging my card, she stated NO, its just to secure. I asked to clarify the cancellation and she stated as long as its 48 hours and for either inclement weather or family emergency then they will not charge me a cancellation fee. My party was scheduled for October 3rd and I called to cancel on September 30th due to the tropical storm we are getting. I also noticed that they charged my card for over $300.00 and they stated it was a deposit that goes towards the final balance. I advised that I needed to cancel and to refund my card back and she stated they don't refund and I can use the amount as a credit for up to one year if I rebook a party. They do NOT state this when I placed the order and they are VERY misleading on their website and their disclaimers. The Manager was very unprofessional and stated "that's the risk I take when booking with them" they don't give refunds on deposits at all. I'm requesting for the deposit amount to be refunded back to my card as I NEVER signed a contract with them agreeing to any charges on my card.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of deposit back to my account.

This customer booked herself on our website fully complying to our policies posted on our website. She held these rental items from another customer from using them on this date. She claims she was told procedures regarding the booking process over the phone when indeed we had notes in our system what we had told her about the booking process. We give our customers 1 year to use the credit on deposits towards a future event. She submitted a charge back against our account despite our policies. She also tried to cancel three days in advance of a weather threat that never occurred.

I am rejecting this response because:Their confirmation email contradicts their website policies. They customer service is poor and the fact that they think it's ok to take a $300 deposit and use for a year when cancellation was done in advance, is mind boggling. Yes event was cancelled 3 days prior but they fail to mention it was booked 5 days prior to event date. I would never use their establishment a year later do their credit means nothing to me. This was disputed by my bank who did their own investigation and found that their website contradicts their email confirmation, so my disputed was granted.
