*** *** statements made on the part of aerocharger,the turbo unit needed rebuilding due to the exhaust breaking and pieces falling into turbo causing damages internally to turbo,after an inspection of metal used for exhaust it was found to be poorly made and quality is not that of usa made product but possibly china.mechanical work preformed will be added in lawsuit in the amount of 8,and matter will be taken up with my legal advisor and let the court decide on matter,the product is cheap and does not stand up to standards,units were replaced and head pipes if warranty if year I should from time of replacement have months left,however due to the fact that aerocharger still claims fame for a faulty and cheaply made product in which they do get top dollar for I have sworn statements from mechanic who preformed work and supporting documentation of what metal was tested for,which is not in aerochargers favor for quality of product.I will forward any supporting documents to Revdex.com if needed and if my attorney agrees.thank you for all your assistance

possible as the customers only desire at this point, to quote him, “If you don’t do this, I will spend $6,000 harassing you”. · Customer purchased 53 series kit for stock 103” motor on a Harley Davidson wanting about 125-150hp · Aerocharger sent customer a Mid-sized 53 series to work perfectly with his motor. · Customer changed his motor to a high output 117” motor and turned the boost up making about 200hp. The customer should be using a 66-series turbo for the larger motor. · Customer damaged turbo by using it on the wrong size motor. · Aerocharger gave the customer a free larger size 53 series turbo. A $2,250 value for free. · Customer called indicating the new larger turbo was having a problem. · Aerocharger asked to have it returned. · Customer refuse and wanted a new 66 series kit for free. A $6,395 value. · Aerocharger offered the 66 kit for around $3,100 just to avoid a lawsuit. · Customer said he would only pay $1,000 · Aerocharger asked again to inspect the new larger 53 turbo. · With the help of the mechanic the customer finally sent the turbo to Aerocharger. · Aerocharger inspected the turbo and found it had been damaged by a piece of metal in the exhaust. · Customer claimed to have no idea where the metal came from. Later found this to be a lie. · Aerocharger fixed the Turbo for free again to avoid a lawsuit. About a $1,200 value. · When Aerocharger agreed to fix the turbo the customer was told this is the last thing we are doing for you, we are done. The customer agreed. The customer stated he would, “burn the motorcycle if he had another problem”. · A few months later the customer called stating he had an issue with the exhaust. · Aerocharger offered to weld the exhaust or to sell him a new exhaust as his warranty was over not only because of time but because we had agreed to fix the turbo for free. · Customer sent a photo of the exhaust. In the picture, we can clearly see where the exhaust has been modified with ports for tuning and this is an obvious source of the piece of metal that damaged the turbo that Aerocharger fixed for free. · Customer said he would not purchase a new exhaust from Aerocharger and would buy one somewhere else and make it work. Aerocharger agreed this would be best. · Customer went on Facebook and forums slandering Aerocharger with false and incomplete claims. · Customers lawyer contacted Aerocharger demanding a free exhaust. Again, Aerocharger offered to weld the current one but would not send a new exhaust for free. · Warranty is one year on the kit and turbo and 50% off repairs of the turbo for three years. http://aerocharger.com/aerochargers/repairs/ Exhaust is not included in the 3 years. · All sales are Final. No Refunds http://aerocharger.com/privacy/ · Aerocharger welcomes continued communication/action with customers Lawyer as the customer is belligerent and has a fowl mouth. · Aerocharger has an investor, Mr. [redacted], that handles all legal issues. Mr. [redacted] is aware of the issue with the customer. · Aerocharger will weld the customers exhaust only if the customer is willing to sign a full release drafted by Mr. [redacted]. · That fact the customer is asking Revdex.com to get a refund for the engine work the customer did shows the level of ridiculousness. · Here is a video of the customer putting a Harley part in his driveway and running it over because he could not get a refund from Harley Davidson. [redacted] This seems to be a pattern with this customer and shows his behavior and level of maturity. We found this video in our preparation for a counter suit. This statement is to the best of my recollection at this time. I did not research everything for dates or proof the document because I have better things to do then allow the customer to use the Revdex.com to harass Aerocharger and its employees.
