Hi [redacted],Here is the response.We are currently working with you, Son, and we are sorry that your TelePacific service is having technical issues with the new MPLS circuit, that cannot seem to be resolved. You are a direct customer of TelePacific and therefore, (for your own protection), TelePacific...
will not let us (as your broker), cancel your (a customer's), contract on your behalf. We have continued to escalate your issue with TelePacific and you and [redacted] have been on countless calls and emails, trying to get this resolved over the last few months. We will continue to try and help you with your technical issue but again, we do not have the power to make decisions on your contract or contract termination penalties. That is between you and TelePacific. From our conversations, it seems TelePacific is willing to allow you to cancel the service without penalty if it has never worked (by their fualt), so I'd advise you ask them, directly.My understanding was that you requested to sign up with TelePacific because they were the lowest-priced provider for the service you were seeking and you had also been using TelePacific (for voice, Internet and MPLS service), at the same business location for over 10 years. Please let me know if this is not true but it seems like a misunderstanding that we would convince you to add more services with your existing service provider.I also think there is a misunderstanding regarding [redacted] trying to increase your bandwidth rather than resolve your issue. [redacted] has spent countless hours on email and phone trying to help you get this resolved, so I would definitely say he is putting maximum effort to help resolve this issue.Is there something else you would like us to do differently, in aiding you in this situation, other than canceling your service with TelePacific, (which no salesperson has the authority to do on your behalf)?Again, I'm sorry for your issues and we are still trying to help you, in any way possible.
