Tenant at ***,Columbus, GA violates lease rules repeatedly.Her guest park in my assigned parking & her dog roams property
I started notifying *** of my problems since May 9, of cars parking our assigned parking and I moved here April 27,
I have to called and text *** on the business messaging system numerous times about Tenant at *** guest parking in *** (my boyfriend) and I assigned parking spaces and her 50+ lb dog (so called grandfathered in her lease) roaming the apartment complex off leash, and pooping on the ground unattendedI have several pictures of the cars, their license plate numbers, text, and video to prove my pointI have been asked to put paper on their car windows of the rules, which is crazy to meI asked for the towing company number to have the illegal cars parked moved and I get I have to wait like days first*** has came to ask them to move a couple times tooI have contacted ***
