As a consumer I am tolerant of usual grievances however there have been too many instances of poor customer service that I feel the need to bring it to your attention. Recently I have purchased tickets to travel to Mexico and initially had issues with the website. I reached out through online chat and phone and received no help. Every representative I spoke to was dismissive of my problem and placed blame on me and/or paypal. I was put on hold for 20+ minutes to have my phone calls only disconnected. My conversation through your website chat feature was also one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with such a feature. The representative that I was chatting with was completely dismissive and was not helpful. In fact, he disconnected our conversation before we were able to resolve the issue. I have that transcription saved in my records and would like to provide that for you so you will be aware of how your customers are being treated. Today I wanted to make a change on my itinerary and was very rudely spoken to. The representative kept talking over me and not once did he pause to listen to my concern. I was unable to speak a full sentence without being interrupted or interjected. I asked to speak to someone else and the representative refused to transfer me to anyone else. I was left no choice but to hang up. I have never felt so belittled and disrespected by an airline. These instances have jeopardized any future business with Aeromexico. I am writing this in the hope that perhaps there is someone that will be sympathetic or at least conscientious of the this obvious pattern of poor customer service.
