Review: We hired Craig [redacted] with Aeronautic Pictures to take raw footage of our wedding and deliver both the raw footage and edited video to my husband and I within 10 weeks of our wedding. We paid Mr. [redacted] as the contract we signed indicated. Our wedding was in October and our video has not been delivered as of February. I have sent Mr. [redacted] three emails and have not received a response. In addition, I have left 3 voicemails for him without a response. We are devastated that Mr. [redacted] appears to have disappeared and not provided us with video of one of the most important days of our lives.Desired Settlement: All money paid for the video should be refunded. Alternatively, the wedding video that was promised should be delivered.
