I had an excellent experience with this company The pickup at home arrived on time (indeed,a little early, which was good), and the ride was comfortable, with no glitches On the way home from Pearson Airport, I wish the website had told me to call to announce my arrival, as I lost a little time waiting...but overall, there were no surprises on the rate (which was very reasonable, and the best I found in my search), and the booking on line was easy and fast

This company has terrible business practices We booked a pre-arranged Limo from Pearson to Burlington only to find out that the limo was not waiting when we got their nor was it listed with Pearson's pre-arranged counter Furthermore when we went to pay we were told their was a $fee for pre-arranging limos from Pearson To add insult to injury when I complained I was told that if I had called from the airport I would have been charged the same as if I pre-arranged (so much for the 15% discount they advertise on the website) and there would be no $fee ***

Total disappointment with the Aeroport Taxi & Limo Service to the Toronto Pearson Airport December 24th The driver arrived late and didn't alert us that he was outside Yelled at me when I asked him, why he didn't call or ring the door bell, to which he reply that is not their policy and he charged me an additional $on the fare because I didn't know he was waiting for me outside Made the start of my Christmas vacation a tearful ride I asked him to use the highway so we can be on time and the made it very clear he's the driver and he will do the driving I won't use this service again

My taxi never came and I was waiting and waiting and nobody called meIt is the second time that they did the same
