Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The company was negligent in returning my refund.  I made between 3 to 5 calls before my credit was issued. I was told more than once than a refund was pending, and it did not credit until I continued to pursue my own credit.  I also want this complaint to stay on file that the company does not work to in a manner to resolve customer compliants.Regards,[redacted]

Customer states that when placing an order using a merchandise credit she received an error message and the order didn't complete however the merchandise credit funds were deducted. At this time it is confirmed that a credit of $82.73 is on merchandise credit #[redacted]

The complaint in question was in reference to removal of the customer name from our database for catalog delivery to which she did not subscribe. Ms. [redacted] did provide her information including her email address on an order (#[redacted]) which is dated 7/3/2016. At this time I have confirmed...

Customer entered a complaint that within a 24 hours time frame that she returned the shoes to the store (June 10). We do have a register receipt of the credit for be applied to the customer credit card (Mastercard) ending in 6387, transaction credit number is [redacted] on June 10th @ 12:38PM....

Depending on the banking institution credit returns can take up to 30 days.

There are not much choices at the store so I ordered online, liked I usually do, and kept those only I like. Unfortunately as a first purchaser, something wired happened when I returned at store. They did the return but refused to refund taxes. The customer service said the state collected the taxes and they did not?? Plus every other stores do that. This is the first time this happened. All other shoes companies refunded me taxes. Where is this rule written on aerosoles.com?? Does this make senses? A fraud??

Review: I bought a pair of shoes March 15th at the store in Santa Rosa, California. I wore them once only to work but they hurt my feet so badly I had to take them off. I tried returning them to the store but they informed me that any pair of shoes that had been worn could not be returned. I was shocked! They didn't fit properly and I would have been happy to exchange them but they wouldn't. I posted a complaint on their web site and on March 30th I received an email explaining I could return them but would have to send them to New Jersey. They even sent a UPS label and I did exactly as they asked. I gave them my credit card information and returned the shoes with the receipt included. Today is July 1st and I still have not received my credit. I have emailed a number of times but have been told the shoes are in the warehouse and they don't have my card information. I have been asked twice to resubmit my credit card information which is making me suspicious.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the credit appear on my statement and then I do not need to do business with them anymore.

Customer was not in receipt of her refund for shoes returned. Spoke with the customer and confirmed the shoes were received. Credit issue to Visa in the amount of $63.78. Customer satisfied with the outcome.

Review: we have purchased 2 pairs of high boots on January 4, 2014 . we've picked up the one pair at the store , and the second one we had to order since they didn't have one in stock ,After we paid for it , we've been promised to receive it by [redacted] within 5 business days. After we've waited 10 business days, we've called the store and they promised us to send a pair overnight , which was never received. We went to the store the next day and they told us they couldn't find he order in the computer .

We've called the store next day and the day after , and the order was never sent out. we've decided to cal, the headquarters and spoke to a supervisor[redacted] at ###-###-#### [redacted] ( that's the information that has been provided to us ) , who said she was gonna get back to us within 24 hours. It's been over 5 business days after and the phone call was never returned. The claim wasn't satisfied neither by a store, nor by a headquarters of the company.Desired Settlement: We believe the company doesn't deserve the [redacted] license . They have ignored all the customers requests , without returning a phone call or sending an email .They do not comply with the sales ethics , and they have hired the stuff that have no respect for customers in Brooklyn , NY . They keep lying about sales names reps when we know in fact they've been represented by the same people..they keep misleading their customers with false promises they could never keep . They need to return our money to the credit card and shut down their facilities in Bay Ridge. Additionally, we're going to start a questionnaire with all people who've been mislead by the store's sales team and management as they have the busiest location in Brooklyn , NY just to mislead people about their services.

We request an overnight delivery of the product we've ordered , a proper apology in writing , and the store's shut down ASAP , as there are other more reliable companies looking to serve our high populated area.

Review: I puchased a pair 59.99 shoes on June 9, 2015 4:15pm less than 24 hours later I returned them June 10, 2015 12:38pmI indicated that I would like to return shoes because of fit... young man took my info and shoes. I asked him if he needed my card to return credit he said no but took card to verify. as of today no return (credit).I went to the store and spoke with the associate manager who in turn spoke with her manager (hiding in the basement)after requesting that the manager show his face I went back and forth with them that the card was not swiped.why did I call my bank to verify that the credit was not issued nonetheless there was only one transaction which was a debit for arosoles so the young man put thru the credit gave me a receipt bit didnt swipe the card?ok so now the corporate office is on the phone telling me that I should wait 7-10 business days before credit is placed on my account again the card was never swiped how does that occur? he says it could be an internal error yes "HE NEVER SWIPED THE CARD"LONG STORY SHORT I LEFT THE STORE WITH NO REFUND PISSED AS HELL!called my bank to dispute charges have to wait 120 days before the refunded is added to my account.Desired Settlement: all I want is my money back and an apology from coporate office and they need to train their people properly "swipe for debit swipe for credit too!"

Review: I spoke with [redacted] this morning, 07-24-13 about seeing double charges on my checking account from Aerosoles. She gave me the name of [redacted] to direct this letter to.

This practice of DOUBLE BILLING customers is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Someone needs to stop this practice at once.

My checking account has seven (7) different charges from Aerosoles on it for DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF MY PURCHASE! UNACCEPTABLE! I don’t care where the shoes are coming from, you don’t have the right to double charge me. Aerosoles must figure out their own billing problems between their site and retail stores. I don’t care that they'll put the money back in my account later. It’s fraudulent activity and bad business practices. In the meantime, my account is reflecting almost $400 when my purchase was $194.03! UNACCEPTABLE!

I’ve already spoken to my banker to file a fraud claim and will authorize the claim at 3:00 PST today if these charges are not immediately taken off my account.Desired Settlement: Put money back on my Visa/debt card which comes out of my checking acct. and offer a mercandise credit in good will.

Review: I purchased an item from this retailer in December 2014. When I received the product, I was dissatisfied with the quality, and as per their return policy, I sent the item back for a full refund. The item was mailed back in the beginning of January 2015, and due to their holiday return policy in effect at that time, it was well within the time limits. As of today, May 20, 2015, I still have not received a refund. I have contacted this company multiple times. I was told that they were "backed up" due to poor winter weather. I called in April 2015 and was told that my return had been processed, and even received an email confirmation stating this. I have searched back statements, and I have received nothing. I called again this evening and was told that the credit failed due to an issue on their end. I should not have to wait 5 months to receive a credit for a product I mailed back. As a retailer, I feel it is their responsibility to ensure that their customers receive refunds in a timely manner, not months after the product was returned to their company.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the product that I purchased.

Customer did return merchandise back to us, however do to the time lapse in between the original purchase and the return date, the refund did not post to the customer's credit card. We have re-issued the refund on May 20th 2015, and have confirmed with the customer that she has received the refund.

Review: I purchased a pair of boots from Aerosole on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 after 10pm. I paid for two-day air. The boots arrived on Monday. I have asked to be reimbursed for the $9 but Aerosole has refused. They claim that the boots did arrive in two business days. According to them, Thursday doesn't count as a shipping day as they need an entire day to process an order and Saturday does not count as a business day. Given these stipulations, I think it would be rare for Aerosole to EVER be able to fulfill a two-day order. In addition, their website/order page does not have an EDD for the various shipping methods. Given all the stipulations, an EDD should be offered so the customer can make an informed decision about shipping costs.Desired Settlement: At the very least I would like the $9 refunded but ideally, I would like to see Aerosole offer the customer an EDD for all shipping methods so the customer can have that information readily available when deciding if they want to spend the extra money on shipping. Many other online retailers should do it, they should be able to as well. The fact that they don't makes me question their businesses practices.

Review: I ordered from and returned a pair of shoes to Aerosoles (website). They issued me a credit voucher. I've tried to use it at two different times and they keep telling me there is a zero balance, but they are unwilling to produce a receipt, tracking slip or invoice of the product they say I ordered in June 16, 2015 to exhaust the credit. Merchandise credit [redacted], pin [redacted]. I've tried repeatedly by calling and emaiing their customer service dept and now, they are just ignoring me. I won't order from this company anymore, but I do want my money back, $29.99, plus tax and shipping= $40.Desired Settlement: Refund my money, send me a check. for $40.
