My AC was suddenly blowing only hot air. This contractor found that Freon was not the problem this time. Several parts (fan, capacitor, etc.) not salvageable. The repair estimate was steep and the AC, being at least 20 years old, was probably not worth spending a lot of money on. A new AC was delivered and installed today and I'm a happy camper! Fast response, smooth installation, great pricing, good warranty. I very favorably recommend to anyone!

They installed a an A?C unit in Cocoa Village and there is a leak in the unit and I have asked them to fix it since the unit is under warranty and the
they need to perform the warranty work

My response in detail, Owner of Aerostat AC,
The consumer and I came up with a agreement on price of the work. At that point I was very hesitant to do work for this customer because we had done business before and once I had taken the highest rd possible by doing excessive amount of research on how to save this customer money by responding to his request to of cutting corners ond doing repairs that were unconventional using incompatable equipment and trying to save very old out dated equipment. after many hours of this he finally came to realize what he was trying to do was not going to work. He decided to go with the best solution I recommended for him originally. He also explained that he is a licensed Air Conditioning contractor in the state of california.
The only reason he chose me is because my price was unbeatable. my work and and workmanship has and always will be the best quality and workmanship available as well. He spent months sending me bad credit card numbers 5 or 6, and lying to me about checks in the mail. He finally paid me months later. Well he came back to me for another job some time later. The job in question I was hesitant to work with him because the way he played me in payment on previous job I chose to work with him because my new business was slow in a slow season only reason. but I wanted payment in full to do this job but after may hours of talking I finally agreed to do the work only if he payed for the equipmment up front. With agreement that final payment was due upon completion written right in the contract. if he did not pay in full upon completion my warranty was void. Well I completed the work and he did not pay for services for 8 months. I repeat 8 months!! At this point all was final. it was months later that his equipment started acting up. and even though our agreement was clear in writing and verbal regaurding his labor warrany was voided I chose to take the high road and inspect the system mainly to insure it was not a labor warranty issue as well. upon inspection . I was able to find that the system was leaking refrigerant from a component that was under warranty by manufacture and not a labor problem. I also found the problem witch is a cost incurred by customer. At this point it was up to me if I would do any work for him as this problem was no longer my responsability. but the customer and manufacture responsability. normally I would help out a client in cost for labor by reducing cost if not free but this repair is a $400. labor repair and I would discount that by 50% so I have already had to many lies and manipulation by this customer I gave him the opportunity to pay me for the service work done by inspect to find leak and refridgerant charges He owed me $200.00 If he paid me I would have finishe the rest for free but as predictable he did not pay for that service. and My decision to no longer do any further work for this customer he would need to get another contractor to do his warranty work and am finished doing any more work for him. The laws rules and regulations of florida are clear . I work way above any need for any of my thousands of customers to be concerned for the need to even be concerned. unless they are lying manipulating and unethical customers who do not pay then and only then I will not work for a customer of this type. I have to use the law and the highest ethical standards to do my business or I am liable. The state of florida will not allow any thing less.
