Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines

Review: I bought a air ticket new york- kyev with Ukrainian Airlines. The flight got canceled and the airline failed to provide a hotel for the night in a timely manner.

First the airline personnel told us to wait for a bus to take us to the hotel. The bus didn't show up until 2 am. Then took us to a hotel where we were not able to book a room because the hotel was sold out. Now they told us to wait until they can find another hotel and try to get another Bua to get us. We waited for the bus until 5:30 am. The bus to the hotel was about 15 minutes. I didn't get into the room until 6:00. At this point I didn't sleep for the past 24 hours. The ukrainian airline personel was rude and not helpful.

Once at the hotel, ( one hour away from the airport) the bus driver told as that he was not aware of anyone picking us up and driving back to the airport!!!

So I had to call the ukrainian airlines again to ask them to coordinate transportation for us back to the aorport.

The can cancelaton of the flight messed up the connection flight that I had in kyev. Now a 12 hour trip turned into 40 hour trip!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund for my ticket I purchased from ukrainian airline for this trip.
