I am rejecting this response because: I prefer to file my complaint with the Attorney General and leave the complaint on the Revdex.com to warn other consumers of the fraudulent business practice Aerotech is using? Asking a consumer to sign a bid then using that as a way to extort money is not the way to do business? It is odd that a company in business years has only one positive entry at the Revdex.com? The paperwork Aerotech is using for a bid is used to extort money by charging the consumer a trip charge if the consumer turns Aerotech away? The office manager at Aerotech had a well prepared answer for every question about Aerotech business practices? They hide behind a "Worry Free" service offering that is nothing more than play on words so that they can trespass and perform work that was not officially approved by the consumer? I am so sick of the scams and rip offs from companies like this? I will pay the amount owed but promise to commit to letting everyone I know to use someone else? I feel sorry for those who work at this company, that they have to work in this type of environment? The way the employees handled this issue shows that they are well versed in misleading the consumer and have been using these practices for some time? They are professionals at what they are doing? BE WARE?
Sincerely,

[redacted] previously responded to this complaint providing a signed, legal agreement showing that the customer has indeed agreed to the work. The work has been completed as per the terms and conditions and our customer has acknowledged this in writing. The balance is now due in full. If you review the original customer complaint, the customer had another project that he wanted to use the old gutter for even though the contract does not state the customer would like to keep the gutter. The old gutter that was removed from the customer's property was disposed of. We have graciously offered a 15 foot piece of 5" brown gutter so that the customer may complete his other project.  The customer has now agreed to pay in full ONLY if we install the piece of gutter at another property at no charge within 10 days which is not acceptable. We would be happy to provide an estimate to the customer for his other property for the installation cost of the gutter if the property is within our service area.

Dear Revdex.com, I am in receipt of the complaint from Mr. [redacted] regarding the work we performed at his property. Mr. [redacted] called our office on June 22, 2017 and spoke with Heather where he mentioned that he received an invoice but no work was ever completed. Heather agreed to send a manager out to...

verify the installation was completed and Mr. [redacted] mentioned that he had canceled the agreement and it would be wasting our manger's time to send him to the property. Heather agreed to and call Mr. [redacted] back after she looked into the issue. Heather researched the concern, and saw the completed work log as well as the agreement Mr. [redacted] had signed for the work to be completed. Heather found no record of cancellation for the work. Heather then called and left a voicemail for Mr. [redacted] asking him to call back in and further discuss the issue. Mr. [redacted] returned Heather's call and spoke with Lauren where he mentioned that he thought he was signing for our salesman Brad to provide a free estimate to him.  Mr. [redacted] continued to say the work was not completed until he actually walked outside with Lauren on the phone and discovered that the there was indeed a new gutter installed.  Mr. [redacted] then raised a concern that he had found a level in his gutter system that had been left. Mr. [redacted] also asked where his old gutter was because he wanted to keep that. Lauren explained that as per the agreement, we replaced the gutter that was there with a new gutter. Mr. [redacted] said that he was going to call the Revdex.com and the Attorney General because he never agreed for work to be completed at his home. Mr. [redacted] then asked to speak with a manager.  I am the manger that Mr. [redacted] spoke with during his call to our office on June 22, 2017. During that call, Mr. [redacted] raised concerns with us taking his old gutter from the property, that he noticed some white screws used and he has a brown gutter, and that we had left a level in the gutter after we performed the installation. Mr. [redacted] also said he never signed anything and wanted a discount for the issues. I said that I would be happy to send a manager out to the property to address his concerns and he made it very clear that he does not want us back out at his property and ended the call. Please find attached to this message the scanned agreement that Mr. [redacted] signed that authorized us to perform the work at his property. Mr. [redacted] is also a repeat customer of ours as we performed previous work at his property that he signed and agreed to with our same salesperson, Brad, back in 2012. I have attached that signed agreement as well. We would be happy to send our manager to meet with Mr. [redacted] and correct any concerns that he has with the work we completed as per the agreement he signed with our company. We would also be happy to speak with Mr. [redacted] about his project that he wanted to reuse his old gutter for so that we may provide him with a piece of gutter to complete that project. Sincerely, [redacted]
