The citation was issued on 06/18/at 11:40am at the *** *** *** ** on the campus of University ** *** ***. *** *** received two notices from the University before it was turned over to collections. (Please see
attached)
Once the citation was turned over to collections there was a debt validation notice sent on 10/11/with no response. On 12/15/a 2nd notice from Citation Collection Services was sent. It's very possible when *** *** called our office she received a voicemail due to being closed for the holidays. She can contact our office between the hours of 9am and 7pm EST. According to our records there were two outstanding parking violations owed to [redacted].  One issued on 08/06/2015 citation # [redacted] that was paid.  Another one was issued on 08/20/2015 citation # [redacted] a balance of $85.00 that hasn't been paid.

Called after recieving a colection letter 3 years late. Saying I owe them $$ for a parking citation that I went down to the onsite location and paid them 2 months after the incident happened. I called them 3 times. First rep. Rochelle hung up on me. 2nd rep answered phone like she was at home with a simple hello. Stated no name or company she at work for. 3rd jaime claims none of her employees would do that but they did.
